On October 14, 2021, the XPeng Public Welfare Foundation was established. It marks the beginning of a new journey for XPeng in the professional organization of charity projects. The XPeng Foundation is the first public welfare foundation initiated by the new generation of Chinese car manufacturers. With the mission of “facilitating the transition toward a green and low-carbon lifestyle, and echoing the call for sustainable development and common prosperity”, the Foundation is actively engaged in the public welfare projects in such fields as low-carbon science education, carbon sink, and employment for the disabled to help create a harmonious ecosystem and community.
